What constitutes a business?

BUSI-NESS


"BUSY"-NESS- The White Supremacists are busy working to keep it going in all places, at all times, and in all areas of people activity, but especially the nine major areas, which are Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, Law, Politics, Religion, Sex, and War.

A business is a serious activity requiring time and energy, combined with the avoidance of any distractions.

All efficient business operations have an ultimate objective. That ultimate objective is to compensate for what is lacking (or perceived to be lacking) amongst the people by providing a Product or Service to end what is lacking and also profit (get a benefit in return) from it. In order to do that, the people behind the business either discover the need for the product or service, or they make the perceived need (through the power of suggestion), for a product or service. I've been told that a business term used to describe a group of people who want or need a product or service is called a Target Market.

The Target Market for Racism (White Supremacy) is "White" people. The system of Racism (White Supremacy),  provides "White" people with a perceived need to be "White".

Mistreating huge numbers of "Non-white" people on the basis of skin color, in all places, and at all times, increases that perceived need. Huge numbers of "Non-white" people also have the perceived need to be "White", because they want to be protected from that same mistreatment.

I am only talking about the "White" people who practice Racism (White Supremacy) with such precision, that it affects "Non-white" people for generations. They are the ones who influence us to co-operate with Racism (White Supremacy) on levels that are way beyond our current level of thinking about what Racism (White Supremacy) is and how it works. The system is a large scale business that produces White Supremacy at an extremely fast rate. The culture of White Supremacy is broadcasted to the masses through the screens (TV, Internet, cell phone, tablet, movies, etc) at what I suspect is the speed of light (186,000 miles per second). I could be incorrect.

When "White" people observe this mistreatment, it makes them glad to be classified as "White".  This gladness motivates "White" people to be productive in doing more things that make them glad to be "White". Being glad to be classified as "White" in a system that makes being  "White" supreme encourages them to promote, establish, maintain, and refine Racism (White Supremacy). White Supremacy eliminates low self-esteem and increase confidence in a "White" person, when they see that the majority of the ("Non-white") people on this planet are suffering because they aren't "White". It makes being "White" appear to be a blessing.

In other words there is no other reason for needing to be "White", other than protection from the mistreatment that "White" people have witnessed "Non-white" people go through, because they are classified as "Non-white".

Two important factors that are considered when producing a product or service that will be wanted / needed are its quantity and its quality. Every business that functions with efficiency, must consider them.

Quality- how well a product or service helps to solve a problem and / or a perceived problem.

Does this product or service help solve the problem permanently? or temporarily? the closer to permanently solving the problem that it can get, plus the speed at which it can solve it, the better the quality. Many times problems and / or perceived problems reoccur because a permanent solution has not been produced. This circumstance increases the value of the temporary problem solver. If there are more than one kind of temporary problem solvers for the same solution, then the rate of speed at which the problem can be solved determines the quality.

If a business wants to continue to exist, it must maintain and refine its product or service for its buyers. By producing the product called White Supremacy, the Racists (White Supremacists), have solved many of the problems and perceived problems for most people classified as "White". This makes "White" people and (unfortunately "Non-white" people ) buyers into the production of White Supremacy. But, it's not the best problem solver because it isn't Justice. It protects "White" people from being mistreated on the basis of color, but, it doesn't protect them from other forms of mistreatment. Being mistreated on the basis of skin color is the root cause of all of the other forms.

If there are no buyers for the product, it becomes useless and discontinued.  Justice is better than Racism. The replacement product is justice. Its quality will be to guarantee that no person is mistreated for any reason. You can't get any better than that. Justice will be accepted faster than a rate of 186,000 miles per second (the speed of light). Why? Because everybody needs justice.


Quantity- the amount of product or service needed to help solve a problem or perceived problem.

The quantity of "White" Supremacy is equal to the amount of "White" people who have the ability to practice it.

Its been said that the current population of people on this planet is 7 Billion. If this amount is correct, then the quantity of Justice needed is 7 Billion.

In business, studying the use of these two terms and putting the results into action, will produce the bottom line for what a product or service should have in order for it to be accepted by the people.

Justice is better than Racism.

One would think the sale of the Hare archives would be a small matter, especially when we consider that Dr. Nathan Hare is the father of Black Studies with a PhD in sociology and psychology. How many professors of Black Studies, aka Pan African Studies, Africana Studies, Diaspora Studies, Negro Studies, have benefited from the ground breaking work and sacrifice of Dr. Hare who was thrown out of Howard University (he was preceded by the removal of the great sociologist Dr. E. Franklin Frazier, author of the classic Black Bourgeoisie, Hare's writing continued the tradition of lambasting the Black bourgeoise with his now classic The Black Anglo-Saxons).


Dr. Hare was then invited to be the first chair of a Black Studies program on a major white university campus at San Francisco State College, now University. The longest strike in American academic history ensued with violence and imprisonment of protesters. In the end, Dr. Hare was removed from his chair and what followed can only be described as a watered down, Miller Lite version of Black Studies that has persisted ever since, although hundreds of "tenured nigguhs" benefited from the struggle of students and radical professors like Dr. Hare who were purged from white and negro

academia.

Dr. Hare bemoaned recently that is was pitiful that of the hundreds of Black Studies departments in America, not one was able to hire him, as though his blackness was simply unforgivable. We wonder will his archives suffer the same fate. Black academics have shown little desire to help us with the project to have his archives placed in a secure institution. A few have given contacts with curators at various institutions, but their interest in aiding has been Miller Lite, some of these intellectuals simply disappeared from the radar screen after professing they would be helpful with the organization and acquisition of the archives.

It has been suggested the price is too high, but after a life of de facto house arrest and black or rather white listing, why should the Hare archives go for peanuts, especially when the collection is substantial, over 200 cartons of letters, manuscripts, notes attached to news clippings, margin notes in books, records of his clinical psychology practice, photos, notebooks, speech notes and drafts, published articles in magazines, newspapers and books, including his collection of Black Scholar Magazine, of which he was the founding publisher, awards and honors, audio and video tapes, hundreds of floppy disks, etc.

And let us not leave out the public career of his wife, Dr. Julia Hare, known as the female Malcolm X. One need only view her performance on Tavis Smiley's State of the Black World. Both are living legends of the movement toward better male/female relations. They founded Black Male/female Relations magazine, Kupenda or Black Love groups. The subject of Nathan Hare's psychology dissertation was Black Male/female relations. Their 57 year marriage is testament they know how to have successful male/female relations and should be honored for demonstrating Black Love Lives (Nisa Ra film).

We call upon Black academics to use their resources and contacts to assist with the sale of these important archives of two of the most important intellectuals North American Africans have produced.

I notice you left the birthday card from Max Stanford (Muhammad Ahmed), I guess because it was tucked in one of a stack of books. One of them, “Black Writers of America: A Comprehensive Anthology” (Macmillan, 1972), has me and Tolson in it (pre-Great Debaters, Wiley College, where he practiced and James Farmer was a student before Tolson moved on to Langston and left debating for poetry and drama, aiming at Broadway and hitting Hollywood); indeed the editors discuss Tolson and celebrate him as one of my teachers in the preface to my essay, “The Challenge of a Black Scholar,” I see they gave it a section all by itself, “Essay” under “Part VI: The Present Generation: Since 1945,” though near the tail end of the book, just before Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, Eldridge Cleaver, and The Blues, in that order.

Talk about black studies, which they also mentioned, the article was also reprinted in a number of places, like such other articles as “Black Ecology,” in a number of different languages around the world. In fact I just got a call on Friday from a University of Pennsylvania black female professor of ethics (as you know they worry about what’s right and wrong -- while I worry about what’s right, I know what’s wrong ), wanting to interview me on the article. I told her I’d have to take a look at it and get back to you, because I’ve forgotten what I said in it, especially since I was writing it while I was in jail in San Francisco (they didn’t let me keep anything but a paperback I had with me when arrested, Karl Mannheims “Idelogy and Utopia.” No pencil, so I used my thumbnail to mark off passages I wanted to quote or paraphrase. But I didn’t just use Mannheim, lest black intellectuals say it’s not black enough, not even black studies in the first place. And anyway, how come you didn’t mention Moses.

I also don’t want you to take the book, “Medicine in the Ghetto” too lightly, not even my essay in it. Its editor, John Norman, was the director of the conference put on by the Harvard Medical School at Wentworth-by-the-Sea in New Hampshire in the late spring of 1969, but he was black, as were most of the participants. On my panel was the now late Charles Sanders, then the managing editor of Ebony magazine, when magazines were magazines and print media was print, The chairman of the panel, I believe, was the president of Meharry Medical College (I know he was the one who invited me). I forget the other person or two.

Some people think black studies is equivalent only to ancient history (“contributionism” a term I coined in the early 1960s at Howard – I note that white individuals have taken it up but could find no reference before the early 1960s, and certainly I coined it for myself and my students at Howard. Indeed circa 1970 the black sociologist, West Indian, at Harvard, wrote an essay in the” Crimson,” in which he referred to me and “Contributionsm” but added two categories. Jancie Hale Bensin in her book on black children, their cultural roots and learnin styles, summarizes Patterson’s article but gives “contributionism” not to me as Patterson had, but to him. (Patterson may have mentioned me but kept the term for himself, a common ploy of black intellectuals (creatures who think black studies is equivalent only to an account of how the first physician or something was black, Imhotep, and arguments over the proper spelling of his name, Immutef, or the first god was black (wouldn’t you know it?), the first devil, to the first person to make a spool or a piece of thread, etcetera. That’s one reason black studies and black intellectuality in general got bogged down and locked in antiquity from 1969 to 2009; and only came out to wail and bash the first black president for not picking them up and flinging them into the kingdom of snow white liberation.

As regards the stuff in my storage in the office building, I admit I wasn’t up to the challenge of taking those heavy file cabinets of files packed and crammed in there last Sunday morning. Don’t know whether that’s worth just going one day back again and wrenching the cabinets out and seeing what if anything we need to keep that’s not in current use. If so we would need Ali or some such heavyweight to help, I think, to boost the meager might of two old men and a pretty woman or two; although it was precisely two women of the physical stature to rival Ali who crammed them in there in the first place. The ringleader was a literary enthusiast and skimmed and got away with my big volume of the complete works of Shakespeare and God knows what. We weren’t thinking about archives -- at least I wasn’t. It’s like one continual try in a marathon game of finders keepers.

It’s good you’re making a movement out of the Archives Project, just don’t make me the sacrificial lamb. I’m trying to work my way out of this quagmire, this nightmare of deprivation, before I wrap my smothering blanket around me and lie down to pleasant dreams.

Recent Supreme Court Decisions That May Affect You If You're A Victim Of Racism:

Enforcement Officials Can Keep Your DNA In Their Own Databases Without Regulation Or Oversight

Using DNA to solve crimes is constructive in that it helps to keep unjustly accused people from going to Greater Confinement. Huge numbers of Victims Of Racism with "life" and death sentences have been released because of DNA. I am an advocate for its use. However, it's misuse can lead back to putting innocent people in Greater Confinement. The Supreme Court's decision has allowed the door to remain open for this.

My father, Norman G. Doggett Jr (1941-2010), told me that, prior to the Voters Rights Act of 1965, the Racists would use all kind of deception, including so-called literacy tests, to exclude "Black" people from voting. They would present questions like "How many bubbles are in a bar of soap?" If the correct answer could not be produced the Victim of Racism would be barred from voting. What is the correct answer to the number of bubbles in a bar of soap?.........impossible.

You No Longer Have The Right To Remain Silent

"The court ruled that a suspect’s failure to answer a police officer’s questions before an arrest may be used against the suspect at trial. The Supreme Court has long said the Fifth Amendment’s protection against self-incrimination applies after arrest and at trial. The Court said "Petitioner, without being placed in custody or receiving Miranda warnings, voluntarily answered some of a police officer’s questions about a murder, but fell silent when asked whether ballistics testing would match his shotgun to shell casings found at the scene of the crime. At petitioner’s murder trial in Texas state court, and over his objection, the prosecution used his failure to answer the question as evidence of guilt. He was convicted, and both the State Court of Appeals and Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed, rejecting his claim that the prosecution’s use of his silence in its case in chief violated the Fifth Amendment. [The Court] concluded that petitioner’s Fifth Amendment claim fails because he did not expressly invoke the privilege in response to the officer’s question " 

I am by no means a supporter of crimes, let alone murder. I remember Mr. Fuller telling me in a phone conversation (I'm paraphrasing) that huge numbers of "Black" people have committed so much crime, that they've done enough for all of us. Under the system of White Supremacy we are expected to commit crimes. When a crime is committed the first thing that comes to anybody's mind is that one or more "Black" people committed it. There should be an all out campaign for "Black" people to stop committing crimes. All crimes, except "begging".  It should be practiced to the point that everyone would say "A 'Black' person would never commit a crime, except maybe begging. They used to do that stuff along time ago, but not these days." 

That being said there are many Victims Of Racism who have been incorrectly tried and convicted for crimes that they didn't commit, only because they didn't know how to defend themselves with their constitutional rights, like "White" people do. Now, after this ruling it just got tougher. This ruling basically says that you must actually state your 5th amendment right from the start, instead of choosing which questions to answer and which ones to be silent on when being questioned by the Enforcement Officials. Stay Strong In The Struggle To Replace White Supremacy With Justice

United Nations recognizes that "Non-white" people are Victims Of Racism without actually saying "Non-white" people.

The first time that I heard of this was in Sept 2001. It was on the brink of becoming a major story, because the so-called USA and "Israel" withdrew representatives from it. They didn't like the wording that would have made "Western Nations" responsible for reparations and other words which suggested that Zionism (the method of governing used in "Israel") was Racism. Wiki has some constructive information on it here.

"The World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance, held in Durban in 2001, adopted the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action. This document records a commitment by States to work together to eradicate racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance. It is a comprehensive and action-oriented road map, offering a functional common approach to realize the principles of equality and non-discrimination.
  
The Durban Declaration and Programme of Action specify that a victim-oriented approach is an important tool to eliminate racial discrimination. Specific reference is made to Africans and people of African descent, Asians and persons of Asian descent, indigenous peoples, migrants, refugees, minorities, the Roma and others.

 Paragraph 7 of the Durban Programme of Action specifically "requests the Commission on Human Rights to consider establishing a working group or other mechanism of the United Nations to study the problems of racial discrimination faced by people of African descent living in the African Diaspora and make proposals for the elimination of racial discrimination against people of African descent".

It's presented with buckets and buckets of words, however, if you know some of their code terms and words used, such as: "Indigenous people", "Minorities", "African descent","Asian", etc, you can somewhat see what they mean. The main thing that is said that you can get a lot of mileage with is "a victim-oriented approach is an important tool to eliminate racial discrimination."

 I think that this words are important. They need to be codified with Counter Racism Code (CRC) so that it reads like:

 A victim-oriented approach is an important tool to eliminate racial discrimination Racism (White Supremacy).


We got to keep it on that approach, and stay there until we get Justice. It does not mean that you should just "give up", you embrace it like someone who has accepted that they got their ass whupped, stood up, dusted themselves off, studied their loses, developed a strategy, re-trained for the fight, and got back in it to win it. 

Please study this document, then look for other phrases and terms that you (we) might be able to use. There maybe something in it that can help us gain more ground in this War.

A "Black" Intelligence Agency

Not long ago, while participating in a compensatory discussion about Racism (White Supremacy) with Gus T Renegade and "Trojan" Pam, I suggested that a Racist Suspect working as an elected official records keeper, who has become nationally known for her use of the words "arrogant nigger", should be watched by other Victims of Racism who work with her. Those Victims could keep us constantly updated with reports on this suspect to the rest of us.

This reminded me of an attempt at making an online data base of Racist Suspects, that I had difficulty establishing because of the technical set up of the website I was using. Anyway it would be an online questionnaire for someone who wanted to report the observations of a Racist Suspect that deals with Victims Of Racism on a regular basis. A Victim of Racism could then go and do a search in the data base for Racist Suspect whose profile would come up. They could then read what other Victims have said about that person.

It also reminded of back in the day, when my dad had secretly joined that Klan, by mail. They would send him a membership list of all of their members in California, complete with all of their contact information! It also listed Klan owned businesses and the local chapters throughout the state. This was back in the 1970's. Anyway, we'd stake them out and see what kind of cars they drove, write done license numbers, etc. Nowadays they'd call it stalking and it's illegal today. But, back then it wasn't. My dad was ready for them if they wanted to start something.

My dad was in Naval Intelligence for a period of time. He was also a Marine and a Vietnam vet. Because he had heard from the Klan (in a news interview) that they were training for a "race" war, he taught me and a few others close to everything that he learned as an Intelligence Agent and a Marine.

Okay okay, I'm trying to drift back to my point.

My point-Pages 200 to 204 of Amos Wilson's  Blueprint For Black Power talks about the need for a Black Intelligence Agency. I'm going to read a paragraph from this section and comment in the below video:

Fifth Circuit Judge and Racist Suspect Edith Jones

The Business Insider reports that "Judge Edith Jones of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals based in New Orleans addressed the University of Pennsylvania law school on Feb. 20. Her comments were not recorded, but five students and one attorney who were in attendance signed affidavits on what was said. Those were used to generate a 12-page complaint filed in New Orleans stating that Jones 'has engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the effective and expeditious administration of the business of the courts, undermines public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary, and creates a strong appearance of impropriety.' Jones is accused of saying that certain 'racial groups like African-Americans and Hispanics are predisposed to crime,' and are 'prone to commit acts of violence' and be involved in more violent and "heinous" crimes than people of other ethnicities."

Here is another opportunity for Counter Racists to discuss the so-called "race" issue. Please remember not to use terms like "African-Americans" and "Hispanics" in your discussions. 

A smart Racist Suspect can get plenty of mileage out of confusing you with these terms and get you going around in circles ( on a tangent) about who is and isn't considered "African-American" and / or "Hispanic", because in reality there are both "White" and "Non-white" people who call themselves  "African-Americans" and / or "Hispanics". This tactic could waste all of your time, and thus turn your attempt at having a constructive dialog into nothing.

To nip that confusion in the bud, use terms like Victims Of Racism / White Supremacy ("Non-white" people) and Racists Suspects ("White" people) or "White" people and Racists (White Supremacists) instead.

Is there any truth to Victims Of Racism being predisposed to crime?

Of course there is! 

The greatest crime that has ever existed that we are predisposed to is the system of injustice that we call Racism (White Supremacy).

As far as Judge Edith H. Jones goes? Every case that she has ever been involved in should be re-looked at, and all people both "White" and "Non-white" should be politely questioned about her behavior towards "Non-white" people. 

In fact, one or more Counter Racists who take on this endeavor could make a little money doing it, because Counter Racism should be a business, like Racism is a business.

Racist Suspect Gloria Platko

I heard on the C.O.W.S. that Gloria Platko, a Township Clerk in Buena Vista, Michigan, called Township Supervisor Dwayne Parker  an “an arrogant nigger”. I don't know why she did, but usually when a Racist Suspect calls you an arrogant and / or uppity nigger, it doesn't mean that they think that you think you're better than them, it means that they think that you think you're on the same level as them. Under the system of Racism (White Supremacy), "Non-white" people are viewed as being beneath "White" people. Gloria was really saying that Mr. Parker didn't know his place. The Ku Klux Klan earned their reputation by using violence and fear against any "Black" person who used the system (especially in the areas of Politics, and Economics) to try and free themselves from the confined place they keep us in.  If the Klan were organized in this part of the world, Mr. Parker would see a fiery cross in his front lawn soon enough. I could be incorrect.

Gus had some people on who were calling for Gloria's resignation. Gloria being a newly elected official stated that she ain't going no where (We'll so much for following the "N-word ban").

Anyway, most of the "White" people who were upset about this appeared to be upset because "black" people could say it, but they can't. I'm one of those who doesn't care whether they say it or not.
Either way doesn't stop me from being a Victim of Racism.

I suspect other "White" people don't want this township to have a reputation for being "Racist Township".  

"It's bad for business" said the "White" person on Gus' show. I agree, because Direct Racism (aka Overt /Open) isn't good for business these days. They profit more from a more refined form which wants us to believe that it no longer exists or that it's not that bad.

It's been said that Gloria is a democrat aka "White" liberal. From my observations most "Non-white" people favor "White liberals"over "White Conservatives" simply because they've been told that "Non-white" people favor "White Liberals" over "White Conservatives".

Gus said that he observed a number of "Black" people coming to Gloria's defense, saying that she isn't a Racist. This kind of thinking is dangerous in a system of Racism (White Supremacy) , because it aids in your victimization.

According to the code  a "White" Liberal  is a "White" person who speaks and/or acts to maintain, expand, and/or refine the practice of White Supremacy (Racism) by very skillfully pretending not to do so. I suspect that it should be changed to Racist Liberal.

Anyway......

The most constructive information that I got from this was that if I am a Victim Of Racism in this part of the world, and I should need assistance from Gloria, I would politely ask that she provide that help under the supervision of deputy clerk Enzell McCollum (emccollum@bvct.org) or at least turn me over to her to make sure that I am not being mistreated on the basis of color.Click here to see Gloria Platko and Enzell McCollum

The second most important piece of information was that it is legal to record your conversations with "White" people as long as your voice can be heard. Every "Non-white" person in Michigan should record every business transaction that they have with a "White" person, and every "White" person should know it, so as to eliminate any possible Racism.
  
The third most important piece of information was a suggestion from Gus. Which was making a job out of observing "White" people and reporting whenever they practice Racism (White Supremacy). It is something that I've been working on off and on for a couple of years, and hearing it from Gus, made it solid. Thanks Gus!!!!

Dr. Welsing has lived in her NW DC home for the past 40 years. The Jewish Primary Day School (JPDS) playground was constructed and began operation in 09/2010. The playground was constructed immediately adjacent to her home.

Prior to the construction, hearings were held with JPDS, Dr. Welsing, and the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) about the need for noise protection for Dr. Welsing’s home. The BZA mandated that a noise buffer of 15 feet from Dr. Welsing’s property line which includes.......evergreen trees....were to be added.

The JPDS elected to bulldoze the existing line of 40 ft. tall trees and not put up any noise buffers. The playground area comes up to Dr. Welsing’s fence. 

Many people have personally witnessed the extreme levels of noise that enters Dr. Welsing’s property from this playground even when all of the windows and doors are closed. Dr. Welsing has to leave her home to escape the noise.

There is no other residential home in the District of Columbia where a playground was constructed up to the property line of an adjacent residential home with this same level of noise disturbance.

Dr. Welsing is a senior citizen and highly respected professional who deserves peace and quiet.

We Are At War

Yes, we are at war. Lasting for centuries, it has been fought on mental, physical, and spiritual levels. A series of major and minor battles (past, present, and future) that cause a massive amount of negative issues for every person on the planet, but even more intense for those whom have been classified as "non-white". The Racists (White Supremacists) aka the "status quo", continuously keep us in a situation that constantly bombards us with problems, so severe, that most of us cannot find the time to solve them, which in turn, manufactures our subjugation and domination (turning us into Victims of Racism). The way I see it, its like I am in front of one of those machines that shoots baseballs, and they're coming out at a rate of 1000 per minute while I stand there with a bat attempting to hit only one or two of them per minute.

With "non-white" casualties ranging from one mind to many, each battle won by the White Supremacists continues to promote, establish, maintain, and/ or refine their control (White Supremacy) over their victims. They are so sophisticated at this that at times, many of us thought we won in our fight against Racism. However, we found out later (through investigation) that they had merely made us THINK that we won. This is a battle of the minds and we have to realize that the words we use (and our thoughts behind them) are our strongest weapon against the Racists.


The Counter Racist person of action, must find ways to promote, establish, maintain, and / or refine Justice so that it guarantees that no person is mistreated for any reason.

Django Unchained: Part 2

Moving on.....


After using the law to kill a Racist Suspect Enforcement Official, in front of Django, and get away with it, Schultz says to Django in the next scene:

"One needs a plan, son. These are brutal times. A man who survives, is a man with a plan. A man who thrives, is a man with a good plan. So having said that, what's your plan, young Django?"

These words should be heeded by most Victims of Racism. We are a pitiful people. It is completely obvious (to the known universe) that most of us Victims of Racism don't have a plan. It is also obvious that out of those of us who do have plans, we usually don't have good plans. However, it is not our fault. It is the fault of the White Supremacists. Now that the blame is placed where it should be, let me direct you to the code.

Read "Practice Asking People The Following Questions" on page 112 of the U.I.C.C./S./C. Textbook / Workbook by Neely Fuller Jr.

The first question in that section is "What is your Ultimate Objective ?". Isn't that similar to asking "What are your plans?".

Actually, "What is your Ultimate Objective?" is a better question to ask. I could be incorrect.

Following the Logic, being the interrogator (a person who asks questions) is always the best position to be in. However, under the system of Racism (White Supremacy) when there's interaction between Racist Suspects and Victims of Racism, the suspects are usually the interrogators while their Victims try hard not to ask any at all.

Why? Because we Victims have been trained (by the Racists) to think that asking a lot of questions makes us appear to be stupid. Huge cruise ship size loads of Victims would rather pretend to know something, than be truthful about not knowing anything. The correct behavior should be to ask the Racist Suspect(and all people in general) a lot of questions.Getting answers, will help you establish, maintain, and refine your plan.

On that same in the code it reads further:

"It is correct to seek, to know, and to understand the ultimate objective of every person whom you encounter, whose words, or deeds may directly, or indirectly, affect your activities or existence."

Doesn't that make sense?

Anyway, Django says to Schulz:

"What'cha mean?"

Django could have easily lied to Schultz and said "Yea, I got a plan, and I ain't telling you." But instead he recognized the truth in that he didn't know what Schultz was talking about and followed the logic, which prompted him to ask a question. Moving on.

Schulz:

"Well, after this Brittle business is behind us, you'll be a free man, with a horse, and $75.00 in your back pocket. What's your plan after that?"

Django:

"Find my wife, and buy her freedom."

At this point, Schultz shares constructive information with Django about checking slave records for finding where his wife is located.

Schulz: "The bad part about slavery being a business, is it's immoral. The good part is, they keep records. Somewhere in Greenville there's a book with your wife's name on it, and the name of the customer who bought her, and more than likely their address."

I suspect that he'd be practicing Racism, by withholding such knowledge from Django. I could be incorrect.

Let's get a little interactive. Replace the word "slavery" in Schultz' statement with the words "Racism (White Supremacy)". Was it constructive? As mentioned here in the movie, they truly keep records on everything. Most of the time, the fact that slavery was a business is looked over. The fact that White Supremacy is a business is constantly looked over.

I'm emphasizing again, that Django IS THE ONLY Victim Of Racism that can help this Sophisticated Racist Suspect solve his problem. Like most Racist Suspects, Shultz wouldn't have anything to do with him, if it weren't for that. Schultz uses his knowledge of deception against other Racist Suspects throughout the movie. In the scene, just before they're about to go to a plantation where they suspect the Brittle brothers are, he tells Django to pretend that he pays him to be his servant. He buys a house servant uniform for Django. Then he attempts to teach Django how to stay in character:

Schultz:

".....it's part of 'The Act'. You're playing a character. Your character is the Valet. This is what the Valet wears. Remember what I told you. During the act, you can never break character."

Here is one area where Schultz didn't have to tell Django anything on the subject of "acting in character". "Acting in character" was an absolute necessity for a slave to survive, in that period. It wasn't a choice, if you wanted to breath air.

And in most cases, it still applies today, if you want to obtain food, clothing, and shelter, while staying out of jail. Watch the "Non-white" person "break character" in the following video:



All Schultz had to do was tell Django what a Valet is, and Django could take it from there. All Victims of Racism are actors. This is apart of the problem today. I'm not blaming us.

Anywho...

All eyes are on them when they arrive at the Bennett plantation. The "White" people and the "Non-white" people are wondering why Django appears to be crossing the color line.

Bennett:
"It's against the law for niggers to ride horses in this territory."

Schultz:
"This is my valet, and my valet doesn't walk." (Under the system of White Supremacy, no "non-white" person can get away with breaking the law, unless they have the support of at least one smart and powerful "White" person.)

Bennett:
"I said niggers-"

Schultz:
"His name is Django, he's a free man, and he can ride what he pleases."

Bennett:
"Not on my property, around my niggers he can't."

Schultz:
"Mr.Bennett, I've been lead to believe you are a gentleman, and a business man. And it is in these capacities that we've ridden from Texas to Tennessee to talk with you now."

Bennett:
"State your business"

Schultz:
"I wish to purchase one of your nigger gals."

Bennett:
"Well what if I say, I don't like you, or your fancy pants nigger, and I wouldn't sell you a tinkers damn- what'cha gotta say about that?"

Schultz:
"Mr. Bennett, if you are the business man, I've been led to believe you to be, I have five thousand things I might say, that could change your mind." (This changes Bennett's resistance to cooperation, because $5,000.00 was like $50,000.00 in those days).

Bennett:
Laughing "C'mon inside, get yourself something cool to drink."

I suspect that this dialog is constructive, because it demonstrates how you the Victim of Racism should allow or get a Racist Suspect to do the talking for you, when another Racist Suspect is attempting to mistreat you on the basis of color. I have observed this on a few rare occasions (because they usually don't say anything at all) and it stops the mistreatment fast. Because of Schultz, Bennett gave Django permission to move freely within the system the plantation, over other Victims of Racism, because Schultz asked Bennett to let Django tour the plantation to look at his selection of females (while really looking for the Brittle brothers).

Schultz:
"Mr. Bennett, I must remind you,Django is a free man. He cannot be treated like a slave. Within the bounds of good taste, he must be treated as an extension of myself."

Bennett to slave female tour guide:
"Django isn't a slave. Django is a free man. Do you understand? You're not to treat him like any of these other niggers around here, cause he ain't like any of these other niggers around here."

Slave female tour guide:
"Ya want I should treat'em like white folks?"

Bennett:
"No, that's not what I said."

Then Tarantino hits us with confusion by having Bennett say:

"....just treat 'em like you would Jerry [whom Bennett refers to as the 'peckerwood boy' that does the windows of Bennett's mansion]"

Suggesting that a "non-white" person , not treat another "Non-white" person the same as "White folks", and treat him the same way as they'd treat a poor "white" person in a system of Racism (White Supremacy)?

No, no, no. That really ain't going to work. We all know that in reality it's still better to be a poor "White" person than a rich "Non-white" person, in a system of White Supremacy.

Django's permission could be revoked at anytime by Bennett or even Dr. Schultz at anytime. From my observation of how the system works, that wouldn't apply to any poor "white" person. In other words Django ain't sh--, without the support of a smart and powerful "White" person. Where as a poor "White" person has an advantage over a "Non-white" person, especially in the 1860's. I once read report that showed a poor "White" person stealing the cows of a "free" "Black" person in the 1860's. That "Black" person took this "White" person to court, showed evidence of ownership and still lost.

At any rate Django finds and kills two of the three Brittle Brothers. Which he wanted to do because when they were overseers on the same plantation, that he and her were slaves on, they made him watch while they raped her. The Brittles also whipped them, and branded an "r" on their faces, for attempting to run away. Throughout the movie, Django only answers Schultz' questions and he questions Schultz . At no time before or after he kills them, does he reveal to Schultz his relationship with the Brittle brothers. A secret is no longer a secret, if one person (other than you) knows about it.

Django appears to have followed the logic, and practiced what The Code calls Compensatory Conversation Control (Read page 130 of the U.I.C.C./S./C. Textbook / Workbook, check here at www.counter-racism.org, and here on YouTube).

Of course he doesn't know the code. It only appears that he did because (Tarantino wrote in the script) he followed the logic. Logic came with the universe. It's what you and I can both tap into at anytime we use our minds to the best of our ability, in our attempt to solve a problem. White Supremacy interferes with this natural and universal process. Our not using it, is what the Racists are banking on. Not following the logic, produces NIGGERS.

One of the purposes of following the code is to make up words and / or terms to describe things that you see when you do not have a word or term for describing such things. Changing the meaning of words in current use, so that such words can help in the production of Justice is also a codified thing to do.

Bennett and a crowd of others ready to kill Django and Schultz approach them after Schultz kills the last Brittle Brother. Schultz and Django disarm themselves, raising their hands in the air. Schultz then uses (almost the same words [in the area of Law], that he used when he killed the enforcement official earlier in the movie) to diffuse the Bennett Mob:

Schultz:

"Everybody calm down, we mean no one else any harm!"

Bennett:
"Just who the hell are you two jokers?"

Schultz:
"I am Dr.King Schultz, a legal representative of the criminal justice system of the United States of America. The man to my left is Django Freeman, he's my deputy. In my pocket is a warrant signed by circuit court judge Henry Allen Laudermilk of Austin, Texas, for the arrest and capture, dead or alive, of John Brittle, Ellis Brittle, and Roger Brittle-." "........ These are wanted men. The law wants them for murder.....we were operating within our legal boundaries......I must warn you the penalty for taking deadly force against a officer of the court in the performance of his duty is, you will be hung by the neck until you are dead."

Hands still raised, Schultz asks for permission to remove the warrant from his pocket, showing it to Bennett, whom in front of witnesses, had to honor it. Under the system of Racism (White Supremacy), words arranged on paper have more power than words that are said, because they can clearly be seen. In the area of people activity known as law, there are two basic types of agreements that can be used in court.

1)Verbal- whereby two or more persons say that they agree to do something together.
2)Written- whereby two or more persons say that they agree to do something together and put that agreement on paper.


Written agreements have more power and even override verbal agreements, because it allows all to see what they're looking at. What you are looking at is the truth. What is truth? That which is seen with your own eyes. Watching Judge Mathis can reveal this. Better yet go sit in a court room sometime. You'll see.

I keep digressing, but I hope they are constructive digressions. Back to the review.
Tarantino keeps it realistic-

Bennett:
"Ain't nobody gonna touch you and your Jimmie while you on my property. But, for lettin' a nigger kill a white man, and especially for letting a nigger kill a white man in a audience of niggers, y'all ain't gonna make it out of the county alive."


That's where the Klan comes in to get around the laws. In the next scene these domestic terrorists attempt to exact terror on Django and Schultz. Schultz teaches Django how to use a sniper rifle on them.

After that scene ends. They're discussing Django's plans to locate his "wife" when Schultz learns that Django's "wife" has a "German" name (Broomhilda) and speaks "German". That peeks his interest. Because how could it be possible that a "Black" female slave speaks "German"?

Django: "Yeah, when she was little her mistress taught her so she'd have somebody to talk German with."

Hell, it's impressive in this present reality for a "Black" person to speak any two languages, let alone "German". He probably didn't believe it and had to see it with his own eyes.

Speaking "German" puts Broomhilda in a rare position for a Victim of Racism as well.

This should have been the time where this story ends for this pair. The deal was over. However, Schultz, instead of parting ways with Django, asks him to stick with him.

Schultz:
"Look Django, I don't doubt one day you will save your lady love. But, I'm afraid I can't let you go to Greenville in a good conscious. Let me ask you a question, how do you like the bounty hunting business?"

Django:
"Kill white folks, and they pay ya? What's not to like?" (Here is the Racist / White Supremacist Propaganda that we must be cautious about. No one should ever "like" to kill anyone for any reason. It is propaganda, because it is designed to appeal to your emotions. Racism and Counter-Racism must be treated like a professional business. The White Supremacists want their Victims to handle everything, especially Racism, with emotion, unless they need you to help them solve their problem.)

Schultz:
"You be my deputy, for real this time. A lot of the big money is in outlaw gangs. Some of these fellas are worth fifteen hundred or three thousand a piece. With one man, anything over three men is a risk. But, with a partner? Creating cross fire? It's fish in a barrel. A lot of these gangs hold up in the hills for the winter."

Django:
"You makin another agreement?"

Schultz:
"Yes. You work with me through the winter, till the snow melts. I give you a third of my bounties. And while we're together, I'll teach you a few things you're going to need to know."

Why did Schultz offer Django a third of the bounties, instead of half? Is he practicing Racism (White Supremacy)?

Django is getting a free education in the career of Bounty Hunting, plus a third of the bounties.I don't think so. I could be incorrect.

What's also interesting to me is that Django acts codified all throughout the movie by (as I mentioned before) asking a lot of questions. He's always attempting to learn from Schultz how the system works. What's even more surprising to me is that Tarantino writes in the script what Django is thinking, after Schultz asks him if they have another deal:

TARANTINO:

"No white man has ever done anything for Django, just to him. So understandably, he's a little suspicious." Following the script, this is actually how Jamie Foxx appears to act throughout the movie. Suspicious of ALL "White" people.

Now don't get all spooky behind Tarantino. You know that I have to say this otherwise you'll be in awe of Tarantino, like you were of Tim Wise, Robert Jenson, and any other "White" person who openly expresses the logic in regards to what a Victim of Racism

Tarantino mentions it because this is the logical position that a Victim of Racism would take when dealing with a "White" person in a system of Racism (White Supremacy). It's not rocket science.

The logic dictates that being suspicious of those who have similar characteristics of those who've done you harm, it is the correct thing to do. Even animals are suspicious of people, because of what people have done to them. All animals know that they better be cautious of people if they want to get through the day.


Taking a codified approach, Django asks:

"Why you care what happens to me? Why you care if I find my wife?"

Schultz:
"Well frankly, I've never given anybody their freedom before. And now that I have, I feel responsible for you. You're just not ready to go off on your own, it's that simple. You're too green, you'll get hurt."

Imagine if that was the approach that the smartest and powerful "White" people of that period took with our ancestors, after they were freed. Hell, imagine if that was the approach they took with us the descendants of those slaves today? I must state here again that Tarantino doesn't deserve any kind of praise for writing this in the script. You don't need to be awe struck. He wrote what anyone would do if they wanted to handle the situation with Justice and correctness. It is the logical thing to do.

Aren't the smartest and most powerful "White" people of the world today responsible for the conditions of this planet and all of it's people? Why not? They're the people in charge of everything, correct? When you have a problem with someone or something at a place of business, don't you call the person in charge for help?

Pardon my digression....

Now, it wasn't Schultz' original intention to teach Django anything. Schultz didn't do this, out of the kindness of his heart. It is business. I suspect Schultz is more than willing to share constructive information with Django, because their relationship has constructive value. It massages his ego. He likes being Django's teacher. Django followed the logic, asking and answering questions in his interactions with Schultz. This made Schultz (being a "White" person in a system of "White" Supremacy) believe that Django recognized that he (Schultz) is in the power position. Schultz didn't see Django as a threat, so he got comfortable with Django. Django was his student. It is an adult / child relationship. Schultz teaches him a lot of constructive things throughout the movie. How to read, shoot, ride, dress, but most important how to use words.

In one scene Schultz instructs Django to remove a handbill from his pocket:

"Read it aloud. Consider it today's lesson."

The only drawback (which is the usual mantra of White Supremacy) is that the Racist Suspect teaches Django how to use deception to solve his problems instead of the Truth. If Django followed counter-racist compensatory logic he'd take what he learned and use it in a manner that promotes Justice. We know that no one is going to make that kind of movie any time soon.(my father, Norman Doggett Jr suggested to me, many times, that I have two eyes, two ears, and one mouth, which means that I should do twice as much looking and hearing, than talking)

If you see that you have value to a Racist Suspect, and that serves to your advantage, run with it, but only if your interaction reveals truth, promotes justice, and helps the person who needs help get the most constructive help that they need. Oftentimes, you benefit from the mistreatment of someone else and do not know it. Most of the time that someone else is another "Non-white" person. Which matters just enough to show evidence of a system of White Supremacy. It does not matter enough to advocate the mistreatment of "White" people, which is what my enemies will have you to believe I promote. I do not.
