The "codified" aka "The Counter Racist Family" (Mr. Fuller's term) aka "The Codified Family" (SYnQ's term) prefers the acronym "VGQ". But then again you'd have to know that you're a Victim of Racism (White Supremacy) to agree with it.
Now, please allow me to bring a few points up for one to consider whether one is a victim or not. Let's get right down to the bottom line. The way that we do it in the "Codified" Family is to ask questions. One cannot accurately say that one is for or against the subject without investigation.
1st Question
What is a victim?
2nd Question
What is a Victim of Racism (White Supremacy)?
Answer: A Victim of Racism (White Supremacy) is a "Non-white" person mistreated on the basis of skin color.
or to make it stick better (for those who are confused about what kind of mistreatment is in question here) let's try to form a refined compensatory definition from the one above. Watch carefully because this is how code is made......
Victim of Racism (White Supremacy) 1. a "Non-white" person that is made to suffer from, harmed, and / or killed, by one or more Racists (White Supremacists). 2. a "Non-white" person who is mistreated by use of deception and / or violence.

I sense that some of you are so brain-trashed by Racist Propaganda that you are saying "Who does this nigger think he is that he can just make up definitions? You are the kind who thinks words and their definitions are exclusively made by "experts" who are no doubt classified as "White".
Well look a here. In order for us to replace a system of injustice with a system of justice, we must recognize the power of words. The Racists (White Supremacists) who established this system recognized it and taught their descendants that power centuries ago. It's time their victims learned it too. Oops, if you are one that is.
Lets use it in a sentence, shall we?
You are victim of white supremacy because you have been tricked into believing that somehow you will get justice because Joe Biden is president and Kamala Harris is vice president.
Many of you still think that a "White" person's conservative or liberal beliefs in the area of politics will bring you justice. The result of this trick is you arguing with other victims over it. There is a long history of lies from both sides of the political spectrum, made to "Black" people.
3rd Question
How many "Jews" do you see telling people they are not and / or were not victims of Hitler and the "Nazis"?
Huge numbers of "White" people who claim to be "Jews" will not hesitate to tell you about the holocaust (as if you didn't know about it). And these days children know about it before they learn how to spell holocaust. The system is so saturated with the idea that they are victims from their applying it to themselves for so long that whenever you hear or see the word holocaust you automatically think of the "Jewish" Holocaust. Taking it further you cannot mention the word "Jew" without thinking about it. They've embraced the word victim and damn near melded the idea into their behavior. We should do the same. you want reparations? this is the way that leads to them. Look at the article from psycom.net "Can Trauma Be Passed Down From One Generation To The Next?"
4th Question
Could the whole idea of "playing the victim" be a concept that came from Racist suspects who try to confuse their victims about what Racism (White Supremacy) is and how it works?
Absolutely! I remember in the 1990's whenever a "Non-white" person pointed out their mistreatment Racist suspects would accuse them of "pulling the 'race' card" to embarrass and / or make their victims feel guilty for mentioning their own mistreatment. This is because whenever you speak of it they have been trained to stop such conversations from continuing. I am still learning how but I know that it has to do with behaviors shaped by centuries old laws called "Slave" codes and / or "Black" codes. Such codes made it illegal for "Black" people and "White" people to think, speak, and / or act against the mistreatment of "Black" people. Huge numbers of us have been trained (passed down from generation to generation) to believe that having such discussions in public will cause people to think negative of us and makes some of us feel guilty, embarrassed, and angry.
These days the Racists have attached the old stereotypical ideas of laziness and deception to your being a victim to send the false message that you have the ability to help yourself solve your own problems but would rather con them out of their money instead of "bootstrapping" your problems on your own. The term "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" must be centuries old because most people don't wear boots with straps anymore, correct? They capitalize on your ignorance because you "drink the kool-laid" and it hurts your feelings.
And then in the "streets" some of us have developed the mentality of not being a victim from the "hustling game". Many of us were taught a victim is a "mark", a "trick", to be used and abused.
As we grew up in urban habitats where it was a violation of the hustler/player code to be "tricked", a person with the tricking mindset was viewed as doing it for survival, we developed a negative view of being a victim. In truth the Racists (White Supremacists) victimize us for what Dr. Francis Cress Welsing calls White Genetic survival.
I remember in my early days of high school at Berkeley High in Berkeley, CA, some of the brothers calling me a "victim of society" and laughing at me. I wasn't hip to the street game at the time so I didn't get any respect from them.
Anyone with knowledge of the game will tell you that if your enemies smelled weakness (being nice), they would set you up. So we taught ourselves to show no signs of weakness (kindness). This is also mentioned in The Art Of War by Sun Zhu. A book that was written before the system of Racism (White Supremacy) existed I suspect. Huge numbers of Racists (White Supremacists) have since mastered and refined the art of war. Napoleon Bonaparte was one of them. Some of what Sun Zhu wrote is obsolete.

And then we have that sore loser mentality of admitting defeat and that's what it is. But the truth is that you and I today did not lose. Our ancestors lost. We are prisoners of War. The whole planet is held captive under the incorrect government of Racism (White Supremacy). Each generation is a new potential army of V.O.R.s. But the issue is that we need an Effective Number.
I know that's a huge and hard (made for an elephant sized pill to swallow), but it is the cold hard truth. Just look at the evidence. This War is not over though. Best of all we can win it but it starts with seeing that you (the "Non-white" person) are in fact a Victim of Racism (White Supremacy).
The Racist deception is working on you 24/7 and in order to fight back you have to be working against it 24/7.
There was a time when the "Black" street hustlers of the 1940's and 50's saw "Black" people collectively as the "tricks" and / or victims of the "White" man's game of deception and violence.
Wealthy "White" men would come to the "Black" sections of town looking to have sexual intercourse with "Black" females and the hustlers started making them pay for it. They called this "reversing the game on Whitey". They also called him "The man". Now any "White" males that paid were called "tricks", because they were willing to pay money for something that was supposed to be free. Sound familiar? They called it "reversing the game" instead of THE GAME, because they recognized that the masters of the game sold them everything (including stuff that was supposed to be free. LAND for example)! But you know we have been in "poverty" for a long time
The Racist Propaganda says
"You niggers don't need no help! The harm that was done to your ancestors was a long time ago. Get over it and pull yourself up by your own bootstraps!"
5th Question
Would you claim NOT to be a victim of Racism (White Supremacy) if you knew the details of what was done and continues to be done to you on a daily basis?
Not me. I have learned far too much about what Racism (White Supremacy) is and how it works to go into denial about it. I am still learning.
For proving that "Non-white" people on this rock have been victimized collectively by Racism (White Supremacy) there is a huge mass of historical evidence that dates back at least 2000 years but, lets keep it simple and start with what the Historical Overview points 6 to 9 in the United Nations- Working Group of Experts for People Of African Descent's August 2016 report says:
A. Historical overview
6. The history of people of African descent in the United States is well documented.
The first enslaved Africans were brought to the American colonies in the early part of the
seventeenth century. Slavery became an entrenched institution, with Africans making up
one fifth of the population of the American colonies by 1775. The issuance in 1863 of the
Emancipation Proclamation, which declared that all enslaved persons within the rebellious states were free, was followed by the Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the
United States of America, which outlawed the practice of enslavement, the Fourteenth
Amendment to the Constitution, in 1868, granting full United States citizenship to all
persons born or naturalized in the United States, including African Americans, and the
Fifteenth Amendment to the Constitution, in 1870, prohibiting denial of the right to vote on
the basis of race.
7. Despite these legal and constitutional developments, the prevalence of Jim Crow
laws at the state and local levels that enforced racial segregation and persecution,
primarily in the southern states perpetuated political disenfranchisement, social and
economic exploitation, violence and the overall subjugation of people of African descent
until the 1960s. Lynching was a form of racial terrorism that has contributed to a legacy of
racial inequality that the United States must address. Thousands of people of African
descent were killed in violent public acts of racial control and domination and the
perpetrators were never held accountable.
8. The civil rights movement from 1954 to 1968 was another important era in the
struggle for rights by people of African descent in the country. The Montgomery bus
boycott, the Selma to Montgomery marches, and many non-violent protests and acts of civil
disobedience throughout the country led to further legislative developments, including but
not limited to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibited, among other things,
discrimination based on race or colour; the Voting Rights Act of 1965, which sought to
overcome the legal barriers to the exercise of voting rights by African Americans; and the
Fair Housing Act of 1968, which prohibited discrimination in the purchase or renting of
property.
9. The 2010 United States census indicated that there were 43.21 million African
Americans, constituting 14 per cent of the United States population. The July 2015
estimates indicated that there were 46.28 million African Americans, constituting 14.4 per
cent of the United States population. Despite substantial changes since the end of the
enforcement of Jim Crow and the fight for civil rights, a systemic ideology of racism
ensuring the domination of one group over another continues to impact negatively on the
civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights of African Americans today.
Now from a "codified" perspective I can see how this report promotes some confusion about what Racism (White Supremacy) is and how it works, so for those of you who recognize Racist Code, please excuse me for leaving this raw. This is about educating the unlearned on how "Black" people collectively are Victims of Racism (White Supremacy). They can learn Racist code later.
During that period while crafting the US Constitution the slave owning founders of the "United States" didn't want to appear to be hypocrites when they wrote "We believe that it is self evident that all men are created equal" so they worked around it by stating that a "Black" person was equal to 3/5ths of a "White" man. How does that work mathematically? lets see, one "Black" person is 3/5ths, so two "Black" people are one and one fifth "equal" to a "White" person? Apparently this helped them with the voting process because the slave owner with the most slaves had the most voting power. That's another story.
