I remember back in 2010, an associate of mine ended up in Greater Confinement (Prison). He had been in and out (not without my offering suggestions for staying out) since I had met him in 2004. He was really into the teachings of the Hon. Elijah Muhammad, well only into studying it, not practicing it. Anyway, in 2005 he went to Greater Confinement and asked if I could send him a Message To The Blackman by Elijah Muhammad, which qualifies as authorized reading material in there. I had already given him one before he went in, so I mailed him a copy of The United Independent Compensatory Code by Neely Fuller Jr, instead.

The Enforcement Officials (E.O's.) sent it back stating that they'll only accept books that are shipped to them from Amazon.com. So, I used Amazon to ship a copy of Message To The Blackman (because he kept asking for it) and The U.I.C.C.S.C. together. The Enforcement Officials shipped the U.I.C.C.S.C. back to the seller, and the seller (who turned out to be Mr. Edward Williams by the way) notified me by email. I spoke with him and he said that Mr.Fuller told him that they will not allow the code book in there.

Mr. Williams sent me the whole returned package. It had a sticker on it (from the E.O's.)stating that the reason for their returning it was because of a CD within the pages. Mr. Williams had placed a CD of Fuller speaking, within the pages. I didn't ask Mr. Williams why he put it in there, but I assumed that, was the real reason that the Enforcement Officials had sent the book back.

Okay, it's 2012 and another black male that I know is in Greater Confinement. I sent the U.I.C.C.S.C. to him and the Enforcement Officials there returned it too! I took a photo of it this time. I blurred out his name for privacy reasons. But, left the address to the facility visible.




The next photo is of the sticker with the option "REFUSED UNAPPROVED MAIL" check marked.




Now, they are not out right denying this material, because that would be a violation of the "prisoner's" civil rights. The key is to use deception by constantly requesting that you meet there standards for the material being sent. After the code was returned, the "black" male that I sent it to, wrote back saying do not send him any "black militant material or anything along those lines" ( I'm paraphrasing, because my attempted wife misplaced the letter), because it may affect his case. I found that to be interesting since his case is about committing fraud, which has absolutely nothing to do with practicing the code. I could easily challenge him (them really), by asking how is it that the U.I.C.C.S.C. would be considered "black militant material or anything along those lines"? However, is it worth my time and energy? No, because it is not my duty to ram the code down anyone's throat. I do suspect that the E.O's. put pressure on him about receiving such the U.I.C.C./S./C.

The Illuminati

There is a huge amount of information circulating around about the Illuminati. The Illuminati are the smart and powerful Racists (White Supremacists). I suspect that it is more constructive to call them the smart and powerful Racists (White Supremacists). Calling them the Illuminati, is the same as calling them the imperialists, and /or colonialists. Such terms take the sting out of who these people are and what they are practicing. Some people suggest that they are worshiping the devil. That is nothing but confusion to throw you off from what they are really doing, which is maintaining the Religion of White Supremacy. That is they are making sure that YOU are worshiping "White" people. There is a whole lot of talk about "satanic" symbols, all over every where.

Subconsciously leads you to worship "white" people

This Illuminati stuff is nothing more than truth mixed with falsehood, because it is designed to turn your eyes away from what is really going on here. The New World Order is actually an Old World Order that is called The Global System of White Supremacy. The Historical and Geographical evidence shows that there has been a one world government around for at least 100 years. It is the incorrect government of White Supremacy. Many Racist Suspects are attempting to sell you on this stuff, so that you will not be trying to Counter-Racism in my opinion.  On "Black" people being a "Race"

What I am doing with this computer is trying to reveal truth, promote justice, and help the person who needs help get the most constructive help that they need. The truth is the "Black" people are not a Race and never will be a Race. The only Race is the "White" Race. "Non-white" people have been duped, hoodwinked, bamboozled, into seeing themselves as Races of people. Such deception has us racing in a race that we cannot when. It's time to try something else.


Why isn't the 99% OCCUPIED with replacing White Supremacy with Justice?

Because most of the people involved in it are poor "White" people, and most poor "White" people choose not to address replacing "White" Supremacy. Most of them are saying that such a system doesn't exist. In my opinion, that because eliminating "White" Supremacy would take away all of the fun that they have being "White".

In other words, being "White" has no purpose, if "White" Supremacy no longer exists. So they do not want to focus on that. This occupy stuff to them is about finances, because there are a bunch of smart and powerful "White" people who chose to sacrifice them in order to lead the masses of "Non-white" people (9/10 of the planet population) of the world to believe that Racism (White Supremacy) no longer exists. Huge numbers of "Non-white" people were meeting in so-called South Africa to discuss world wide White Supremacy, a few weeks before the 9/11 attacks. The Racists/ White Supremacists had to make changes.

Racist/Rapist Suspects

All of the talk (but still not enough talk) about Racist Suspects molesting "Black" youth, reminded me of a story about Kenneth Parnell, who in his 70's, offered his caregiver $500.00 to "get him a four year old 'black' boy" from a crack addict, because he believed that no one would care that the child was missing. I searched the internet to find the article that I read when it first came out, with no luck at all of finding it. Most of what I found, doesn't mention the fact that he wanted the child to be "Black". I did find one that touched on it.

Obama was predicted as a Scapegoat by Muhammad Ali 30+ years ago.

If it were not apparent to many Victims when Obama was selected to be President, let it be apparent now, that his selection was for the maintenance of Racism (White Supremacy) and no other reason. Looky here at what Muhammad Ali said about a "Black" President, way back when.

Fuller's Word Guide is out!

The much anticipated Word Guide that Mr. Fuller has been working on for years, is finally completed and available. It goes by the same title as Fuller's first book, except it's subtitle is different. In other words both book titles begin with "The United Independent Compensatory Code / System / Concept", but differ in the fact that first book is subtitled "A textbook/workbook for thought, speech, and /or action, for Victims of Racism (White Supremacy)" and this new book is subtitled "A Counter Racist Compensatory Word Guide". To distinguish them (reduce the amount of typing), I will refer to the first book as the Textbook/Workbook and the second book as the Word Guide from this point on. At this time, The Word Guide can only be obtained exclusively from Mr.Fuller or his assistant. You can order a copy by printing out and mailing this order form. I was told by his assistant that Mr. Fuller will soon have a website up where you can obtain this new work, in addition to the Textbook/ Workbook. I've already ordered my copy. If it is of any interest to you, some of them are autographed (his assistant's idea) by Mr. Fuller. I'll just be glad to put the contents of the book to some constructive use! If there is one thing that you should learn about the code (I have heard Fuller say this himself) is that it isn't about Fuller.
